Logging Into Plesk Control Panel

Most of your Hosting preferences can be controlled through the Plesk Control panel for your domain.

If you are logged in to our site you can access the Plesk control panel for your domain by clicking on "My Products" then "View Details" and finally "Log into Plesk"

Or you can go straight to the domains Plesk control panel at: https://yourdomain.com:8443

(Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name)

You may get an error or warning message at this point, this is because the control panel uses HTTPS protocol on port 8443, but there is no SSL certificate present to encrypt data. Most browsers will flag this as untrustworthy but its nothing to worry about here!  Your browser should give you the option to continue / allow an exception for this page.

If you still have problems connecting to the control panel, you may have to open port 8443 on your computer or network firewall.

You can log into Plesk with the control panel username and password, these can be found in your "New Account Information" Email.

Once in Plesk you can Control and reset passwords for FTP access, Set up and manage email accounts, Add or manage Databases, Back up your site, Install software and add ons from a huge library and lots more.  You can find help topics for all functions in the lower left of the screen. Or you can watch video tutorials found elsewhere in this Knowledge base.

If you need any assistance with using Plesk, or with any other issues, please call our helpdesk on 0800 731 8447
