Usage, Statistics and Reporting.

View Statistics, Summaries and Logs

In Your Plesk Control Panel, there are various options for viewing Web statistics, Disk Usage Error and Access logs and lots more. 

These can be found in the Statistics section of each domains control panel. 

1. Web Statistics: these Webaliser Stats show visitors and page views for  set period for your website. 

2. Resource Usage: here you will find summaries of resources used and limits for your domain depending on your hosting package, number of email addresses, total disk space etc. 

3.Traffic Usage: This section will show your traffic usage broken down into Web (http) Secure web (https) Email (smtp, Pop / Imap) and File transfer (FTP)

4. Log manager, In here you can see access and error logs to track activity and debug your site, you can also clear out old log files to save space. 

Detailed and Automated Reporting

By clicking on the Statistics Drop down menu, you can access the Summary report Area, this gives you access to much more detailed reports for your domain.

Usage for Individual mail boxes

In the Summary Report Area, If you Select Full Report from the drop down menu above the report data, you can then see stats for each mailbox on your domain as well as the summary total.

Automated regular reports:

To set up automated reports, sent to your email address: go to the Summary report page and then click Delivery Schedule, then add Report delivery schedule, then enter your email address and select the type of report and regularity of the report you require (daily, weekly or monthly)

 

Note: you can only view stats for your domain from that specific domains control panel in Plesk,  If you have more than one domain, log into  Plesk then click Home -> Domains -> then select the domain you want to see stats for. you are now in the control panel for that domain.
